Lightweight Philosophy

Today, the Ristretto spirit lives on within the body frame of the 512 First Edition, constantly seeking that sweet spot between artisan craftsmanship and dedication. The 512 First Edition embodies the brand's commitment to lightweight philosophy. The assembly process, which is overseen by skilled artisans, is divided into three stages: structure, finishing, and quality control.

In the first stage, the frame is constructed by welding together various parts that complete the structure of the frame, creating a strong and lightweight structure. In the second stage, the artisans begin with a review of the welding and cleaning of any surfaces, before the addition of moving parts such as wing arms and rear spoiler, which enhance the bike's performance and aesthetic.
The final stage is a thorough quality control check where the 512 is thoroughly inspected and washed under special lighting to ensure optimal performance and aesthetic before it goes to the paint shop for final finishing and assembly. This multi-stage assembly process allows for precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship, making Ristretto 512 First Edition very special.
