At Ristretto, we are committed to delivering the highest quality electric bikes to our customers. Please carefully review our updated policy as it applies to all purchases made through Ristretto. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and our strict policy does not allow for returns or cancellations beyond the specified timeframe.

Ristretto® e-Bikes – Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Ristretto®, we understand that plans can change. Please review our updated refunds and cancellations policy below:

Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
If you request a cancellation or refund within 24 hours of placing your order, a 5% processing fee will apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs. -
Cancellations After 24 Hours:
If your cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This is due to the order already being prepared for shipment and the issuance of the Bill of Lading (BOL), which incurs logistical and handling costs. -
Cancellations After 72 Hours:
Cancellations are no longer accepted after 72 hours from the order date. If your bike has entered production or shipment preparation beyond this period, the order is considered final and non-refundable. -
Opened Product Boxes:
Refunds will not be granted if the product box has been opened, regardless of the timing of the request.

RETURNS
Returns Policy:
Effective immediately, no returns will be accepted for any purchased bikes, including if the bike is received by the customer. All sales are considered final, and once the box is opened, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
ACCESSORIES AND MERCHANDISE REFUNDS:
Refunds for accessories and merchandise may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the product remains unopened and unused. After this period, no refunds will be accepted. Please contact info@ristretto.us to begin the refund process for accessories and merchandise.
USED ITEMS
There are no returns accepted for used items. If a component falls under warranty, our team will attempt to repair or replace it in accordance with our warranty guidelines.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only permitted during the manufacturing process and are subject to availability. Once your bike is in the shipment phase, exchanges are no longer possible.
To request an exchange during the manufacturing phase, please contact info@ristretto.us or open a ticket through our Help Center.
Please Note:
We no longer accept exchanges for any 303FS models, regardless of the manufacturing stage or availability.
