We offer worldwide shipping for your convenience. Please note that for pre-order products, shipping costs and any applicable fees will be calculated and must be paid by the customer before delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s regulations for electric bikes.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
  • In-stock orders typically ship the next business day unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order once it has been dispatched.
  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Orders containing discounted merchandise may take an additional 48 hours to process.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for any modifications, including:

  • Address changes
  • Putting an order on hold
  • Updating shipping preferences

Important: Any changes made after the order is shipped surrender the option for replacements or refunds in the event of shipping issues.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to carrier mishandling.

Returns & Refunds – Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Delivery Appointment Service – The local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery at a time and date that works best for them.
  • Lift-Gate Service – Ensures your package is safely lowered from the truck and placed at your front door for added convenience.
For International Orders:

For international shipments, we partner with a trusted freight company. Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct shipping address
  • Covering all applicable taxes, duties, broker fees, and other related charges
